Salary Setting

Organisations often like to check that they are paying their staff fairly against the market. It may be that while you are clear your posts are in the right grades relative to each other, you want to check salaries against an external benchmark. I can report on key economic and pay issues, collect market benchmarks and advise on how to set salaries. I have to declare up front that I am not an advocate for performance related pay.
